Street Lighting and the Carbon Reduction Commitment ILE Journal
The Lighting Journal (vol. 74/no. 5) includes an article by Power Data Associates describing the implications of the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC). It explains the differences between the various types of unmetered trading, the impact the CRC will have on lighting authorities and proposes switching to dynamic Half Hourly trading as the way forward (for those currently trading Non Half Hourly or Passive Half Hourly).
